Established Pathways Connect You to Success Faster

Sure, you can watch a YouTube video and certainly take on a DIY project to get you where you want to be. But a quick search on Google will only give you the tip of the iceberg. Taking shortcuts for instant gratification will only move you but so far. Next year you might be in the same place as today making no progress. Following an established pathway will connect you to success much faster in the long run.

Who says you must go to college? It definitely remains the most popular advice given for the sustainability of your future. But pathways come in all shapes and sizes and the above mentioned is only one option. Still the concept of an established path continues to be reliable. Let’s recall Uma Thurman as Beatrix “the Bride” Kiddo in Kill Bill. Girlfriend had a goal in mind, and she planned on doing it as fast as possible. But first, she had to engage in some hard-core kung-fu training to go up against the masters. It is simply not intelligent to bring a knife to a gun fight, rookie.

Foregoing guidance is actually the fastest way to make a ton of mistakes and lose time trying to figure it all out by yourself. Those that have come before us have paved the way for others to travel down the same road making it easier. The work and persistence are still required, but you will be much more effective, prepared and able to pack a punch.

When you engage in training, education, programs, internships or even heed the advice of a mentor, you will keep your end goal in mind. It helps you to stay committed and build long term vision. The benefits are upfront and if you stay the course, you align yourself to success and progression at a swifter pace.

We all want to do things our own way. But truth be told it’s so much easier to be shown the way. Create the life you want with the right tools. The benefits are upfront. Be effective. Save time. Nix the stagnation. If you want to get on the fast track to success, an established pathway will be the best shortcut.
